Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes are rolling out substantial savings on more than 100 homes throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
During the builders’ Xtreme Sales Event, now through Oct. 31, buyers will receive up to $52,030 in savings on more than 110 select move-in ready homes.
“We often see a surge of home buying in the fall and this provides a little extra incentive for those buyers who might be on the fence,” said Rudy Pospisil, division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes. “Who wouldn’t want to get settled into a new home in plenty of time to celebrate the holidays?”
Many of the homes feature upgrades such as hardwood floors, bay windows and luxury baths as well as structural options such as media rooms and outdoor kitchens.
Homes by both builders are certified through the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program, the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Homes that are LEED-certified meet exacting criteria for saving energy, water and resources.
Coventry Homes builds in nine well-appointed communities, including Mustang Lakes in Celina, Wichita Estates in Highland Village and Canyon Falls in Flower Mound. Homes are priced from the $360,000s.
Plantation Homes are priced from the $260,000s and can be found in communities such as Parkside West in Irving, Auburn Hills in McKinney and Marine Creek Ranch in Fort Worth.
