Coventry Homes is set to begin building homes in the master-planned community of The Ridge at Northlake.
The builder has yet to release floor plans but homes in the North Texas community are expected to be priced from the mid $300,000s.
“The Ridge at Northlake is destined to be a fantastic community where families will thrive,” said Rudy Pospisil, division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) parent company of Coventry Homes. “Home designs will feature our signature flexible floor plans so buyers can easily create homes that fit their unique needs. In addition, we are offering a $5,000 buyer allowance with the purchase of a new Coventry home when they join our VIP list.”
The $5,000 offer is only valid until the community grand opening.
Those on the VIP list will be the first to receive information about sales, floor plans and incentives.
The Ridge at Northlake is located between Fort Worth and Denton near Highway 35W. Amenities planned for the community include a resort-style pool, greenbelt, parks, a playground, winding trails and a clubhouse. Children will attend highly regarded Argyle ISD schools including Argyle West Elementary, Argyle Middle School and Argyle High School.
