Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes recently opened new model homes showcasing designs for 60- and 70-foot homesites in the League City master-planned community of Hidden Lakes.
The Plantation model at 1602 Noble Way Court is the builder’s single-story Lindsay floor plan. Offering more than 2,800 square feet of living space, the home’s standard features include a game room and study, as well as a large island kitchen opening to a casual dining area. The home’s spacious master suite is highlighted by a curved wall of windows.
The builder offers 14 designs for 60-foot homesites priced from the $320,000s in Hidden Lakes. A number of options are available such as the doggy wash station showcased in the model home. Other options include a wine room, extra garage bays, media rooms and outdoor kitchens.
Plantation Homes’ parent company, McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), also is the parent company of Coventry Homes, so it is no surprise that the options available in the Plantation model are on full display in the Coventry model.
Located across the street at 1603 Noble Way Court, the builder’s Design 7312 is highlighted by a Texas-sized patio with an outdoor kitchen, a wine room and a coffered ceiling at the entry.
“Buyers aren’t interested in cookie-cutter homes,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for MHI. “That’s why we offer so many choices. Both Coventry and Plantation offer more than a dozen easily customizable floor plans in Hidden Lakes, so our customers can easily put their personal stamp on them.”
Coventry’s 4,200-square-foot model showcases designs for 70-foot homesites priced from the $400,000s. Ranging from 2,641 to 4429 square feet, plans also offer formal dining and living rooms, game rooms and three-car garages. Lakefront properties are available.
Hidden Lakes is located minutes from Interstate 45 offering residents easy access to Houston and Galveston. Students have access to the Education Village of Clear Creek ISD. A new recreation center is available for residents to enjoy.
