Coventry Homes has moved into Harvest Green offering homebuyers a range of designs priced from the $480,000s.
Pre-sales have already started in the Richmond master-planned community. The seven floor plans range from 3,200 to 4,579 square feet and are situated on 75-foot homesites.
Standard features include island kitchens, formal dining rooms, game rooms and three-car tandem garages. Many of the designs also include media rooms and covered patios. A model home is slated to open next year.
Among the many options available to homebuyers is the builder’s GenFlex suite. The multi-generational “home within a home” boasts a large living area, bedroom and bathroom. Wine rooms, Texas-sized patios with outdoor fireplaces, sitting rooms and sunrooms are also available.
“We are very excited to bring our luxury designs to such a unique community,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes. “Among the many benefits our buyers will reap will be our signature flexible floor plans, included home automation system and energy-efficient Eco Smart technology. Our homes are a perfect fit for today’s modern families.”
Coventry also offers homes built on 55-foot homesites priced from the $420,000s. The 14 plans range from 2,104 to 3,428 square feet.
Known as Houston’s first “agri-hood,” Harvest Green promotes a healthy lifestyle boasting a 12-acre community farm, opportunities to rent growing plots, trails, a dog park and open spaces. The Farmhouse amenity center houses state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an exercise room and event space. It’s anchored by a resort-style pool.
Construction has begun on additional amenities including tennis and volleyball courts as well as a large playground.
Also coming to the community is Messina Hof’s Harvest Green Winery and Kitchen. The largest winery in Houston will include a tasting room, wine bar, open-kitchen restaurant that can seat 130 diners and a 2,600-square-foot covered patio for larger, private events.
Coventry Homes is active in 28 communities in and around Houston with homes priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million.
