Coventry Homes Model Showcases Plans for 45' Homesites

Coventry Homes recently unveiled a new model home in master-planned Veranda showcasing designs for homes situated on 45-foot homesites.

The new model, located at 1846 Smithers Landing Drive in Richmond, is the builder’s Design 4836. Offering 1,975 square feet, the single-story home features a large floor plan with an island kitchen open to a casual dining area and a spacious family room. A secluded master suite includes a well-appointed bath with a frameless glass shower, separate tub and dual sinks.

A number of options are available, including playrooms for the kids, expansive Texas-sized covered patios with outdoor kitchens and media rooms.

The designs are priced from the $220,000s and range from 1,614 to 2,555 square feet. This is the first time Coventry has offered homes in this price range in the Richmond community.

The builder also has homes situated on 65-foot properties priced from the $360,000s.

All Coventry Home designs are certified through the Environments for Living® energy efficiency program. On average, Coventry’s homes are up to 50 percent more efficient than homes built prior to year 2000 and 15 percent more efficient than the minimum mandates required through the ENERGY STAR® program.
