McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) has been busy in The Meadows at Imperial Oaks, recently opening three new model homes in the Montgomery County community.
The three models demonstrate the wide range of floor plans that MHI builders, Plantation Homes and Coventry Homes, offer in The Meadows at Imperial Oaks. With homes priced below $200,000 to those that cost more than $400,000 when built with structural options and designer upgrades, there is sure to be home for everyone.
The entry point into the community begins with Plantation Homes’ series of designs for 40-foot homesites. With pricing from the $190,000s, the dozen floor plans range from 1,359 to 2,598 square feet. The new model, the Leona design at 2618 Oakland Park Lane, is a lesson in new modern architectural design. The home delivers ample storage space, an impressive open layout and room for a growing family. The optional second floor bonus room, bedroom and bath bring the square footage to 2,185. The design is priced from the $210,000s.
While Plantation’s nine designs for 50-foot properties go up to 2,971 square feet, the builder chose its 2,123-square-foot Wimberley plan to showcase the builder’s capabilities in Meadows at Imperial Oaks. The one-story home boasts plenty of customizable space, including a flex room that is built as a study and a third bedroom presented as a kids’ retreat in the model home. The family room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other, with a commanding kitchen island providing plenty of counter space for cooking, casual dining or entertaining. The design is priced in the $250,000s and floor plans for 50-foot homesites begin in the $230,000s. The model is open for touring at 2614 Oakland Park Lane.
Coventry Homes selected its largest floor plan in The Meadows at Imperial Oaks for its new model home. Design 6461 offers four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and multiple entertainment spaces in 3,454 square feet. A curved wall of windows bring light into the master bedroom and casual dining area, while the family room overlooks the optional Texas-sized covered patio. The study provides space for a home office, while a secondary bedroom with en-suite bath downstairs is a perfect guest suite for those who don’t want to climb stairs. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath while the game room overlooks the foyer and family room below, and opens to the optional media room with a popcorn bar. Buyers can select from 11 home designs in this section that start in the $300,000s. Prospective buyers can visit the model at 2611 Oakland Park Lane.
The Meadows at Imperial Oaks offers a wooded landscape and a generous amenity package with a lake, fishing dock, clubhouse, picnic pavilion, playground, pool and toddler pool with spray elements.
