Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes, both part of the McGuyer Homebuilders Inc., (MHI) family of builders, are offering a limited-time promotion that deeply cuts the price of closing costs to home buyers.
Through the “Get Moving Sales Event,” the builders will pay $10,000 of closing costs for started homes purchased Oct. 5-31 in any Dallas-Fort Worth community.
“Closing costs are a significant expense and can make a difference on when you buy a home and even if you buy a home,” said Rudy Pospisil, division president for MHI. “This promotion takes away some of that worry and lets you get into a home before the holidays.”
Both builders offer homes throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Coventry Homes’ pricing begins in the $350,000s and ranges to more than $600,000. Communities include Celina’s Mustang Lakes — named 2018 Community of the Year by the Dallas Builders Association. Award-winning Coventry models can be found in Hollyhock in Frisco and Merion at Midtown Park in Dallas.
Plantation Homes builds in 15 Dallas-Fort Worth developments, including South Pointe in Mansfield, Trinity Falls in McKinney and Harvest in Argyle. Pricing is from the $250,000s to more than $700,000. Prospective home buyers can visit Plantation’s award-winning model home at Viridian in Arlington.
Homes by both builders are certified through the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program, the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Homes that are LEED-certified meet exacting criteria for saving energy, water and resources.
